Although, much of these articles refer to the virtual assistant in the realm of real estate, the basic message and principles can be
applied to any small business owner, independent contractor or entrepreneur who wants to take their business to the next level.

Get an Assistant and Make More Money
By Howard Brinton and STAR POWER Stars Sid Lezamiz, Gregg Neumann, and Sherry Wilson as featured in "Billion Dollar Agent: Lessons Learned"

Did you know real estate agents with assistants earn five times as much money as those agents without assistants?  If you are over $100,000 GCI, or
plan to be in 2008, you need a part-time assistant.

When STAR POWER Founder and CEO Howard Brinton was interviewed for "Billion Dollar Agent: Lessons Learned," he was asked, "When should an
agent hire their first part-time assistant?"  Howard replied, "I think they should hire an assistant from the very first day they start their business.
Until you hire an assistant, you are one.  Are you worth $20/hour or $100/hour?"

Last year, STAR POWER Stars Sherry Wilson, Sid Lezamiz and Gregg Neuman created a powerful argument for hiring an assistant to help increase
    business:
Sherry Wilson: "In the beginning, the biggest challenge for me was delegating tasks.  I realized that delegating to others would give me more time to
focus on the income producing activities. Agents can double their income if they learn to leverage themselves."
Sid Lezamiz: "My biggest mistake - I wish I had an assistant the day I started. When I hired my first assistant, it had been six years. Six months later, I
added a second one. The secret to making money is leverage. That is the key."
Gregg Neuman: "My first assistant came after five years in the business. I believe that once an agent is doing two deals a month for a year they
should add an assistant. Most agents spend too much time micro-managing and not enough time on dollar-productive activities. The year that I
added my assistant, my production doubled in that year. It was a very sound and wise investment."

As Howard Brinton and many STAR POWER Stars have stated, adding an assistant is a must to growing your business.

The Power of Adding an Assistant
    By Steve Kantor

Leverage is the key to growing a successful business.  Are you currently working 50 hours a week and spending 10-20 hours a week doing $20/hour
assistant/admin tasks?  If so, you are like 100,000 other real estate agents stuck in the grind.

You need to Get an Assistant and Make More Money.  If you can trade 10 hours a week and pay someone $20/hour, and then spend that 10 hours a
week doing $100/hour sales activities, you will end up making an additional $20,000-$60,000 per year.

Assistants can help you with database management, lead management, listing management, Web sites and graphics, closing coordination,
    accounting, and much more.

Additionally, think of all the Internet and technology tools and services you want to use in your business but you just do not have the time or skill.
Best Agent Business works with more than 50 different Web site listing and marketing services and technologies which we can add to your business.

There are pluses and minuses of having an in-house assistant versus a virtual assistant - or a team of virtual assistants like Best Agent Business.
In a short 30 minute call, we can quickly determine which approach is a better fit with your business and personality.

NOTE TO TEAMS:  If you are on a team, the most profitable model is to leverage your personal time with one or more assistants before you ever hire a
buyer's agent.  Do not hire a buyer's agent before you have an assistant.  If you are truly interested in a business and net profits, consider the
"Billion Dollar Agent" concept of part-time hourly showing agents instead of a full-time buyer's agent.  Best Agent Business often works with teams
to expand their market segments, handle growth needs without having to hire another in-house full-time assistant, and increase net profits using
    our exclusive Team Profit Model.

We are building a unique business model.  In our first two years, we have completed steps towards a big vision.  Join us and let us help you grow
your business.  We have a passion to work with fellow entrepreneurs who want to create a successful business.  The bottom-line is that a part-time
