Payment Options and Billing

Billing procedures and acceptable forms of payment:
Invoices are billable in 30-net for ala carte services (a deposit is required for any new; trial customers with a 15-net payment upon completion of
project) or 30-day pre-paid, negotiated term-reserve contract. Credit card payments are the preferred method of payment and are handled and processed
through Paypal services. Otherwise, personal or business checks from a local financial institution may be considered. All invoices are sent electronically,
and therefore client profiles must have a valid, and readily viewable email account in addition to a current & verifiable billing address.

t may take up to 5 business days for your payment to be fully processed once we receive it.

Late fees start at $10 or 5% whichever is greater, and increase on each new

billing cycle.

Any late fees assessed will be based on the date your payment is fully

processed, and not the date you mailed your payment

. Checks must have a valid

nine-digit bank routing number MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

TRImages, Ink. reserves the right to refer any checks/cashier checks returned to us for collection by TRImages, Ink. representatives, or by a third party collection service.

Returned checks, or insufficient funds will be subject to a processing fee of $35 in addition to the invoice amount, or any appended late fees as a result of the

reprocessing of the insufficient funded check against the invoice due.

Credit or Paypal Account Payments are assumed unless prior arrangements have been made with TRImagesInk.com.

PayPal accepts all major credit card and banking services for a completely secure processing of your payments, and it is 100% FREE for you to
use. Paypal keeps your credit card and/or bank account information on file with them and shares that information with no one. So, we never
ever see your account information. And, because they take such great care in verifying who you say you are during your account setup, you are
that much more secure from fraudulent activity against your accounts when you use Paypal to handle all of your online purchases. Click the

Cash or Personal/Business check for the exact amount of the invoice(s) due, in US dollars, and drawn from an established local Minnesota banking institution. Personal-check
contracts must have prior approval by TRImages Ink's owner, and is at the full discretion of TRImages Ink's owner at time of new contract agreements.

Please adhere to the following when sending a Personal/Business check:

		Make your check or money order payable to TRImages, Ink in the full amount indicated on your Final Invoice.
		Include a printed copy of your Invoice that payment should be applied to.
		Write your Invoice number clearly on your check or money order.
		Include your full/authorized name, address, and phone contact on the check.

We are sorry, but failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in return of your payment.
Any/all late fees, or reprocessing fees as a result of a returned check will be applied to an appended invoice.

Cashier's Check from a local, well-established banking institution within the State of Minnesota, and delivered for processing within 2 business days from date of issuance.
